Oh, thank goodness. I thought there were problems with the idea, but wasn't sure enough, and I really didn't like that idea when I came up with it. It's nice to know.

Also, this may provide some clues as to what is and is not considered by the author to be essential to the story... although I'm sure many had already reached a similar conclusion. ;)

Well, so did I; if I'd thought it was a sure thing (even without liking the idea), I'd be stunned and bewildered as well as relieved. ;)
