(no subject)

I am not entirely sure why we have the traffic circles on campus, but I do like seeing bees in the flowers in the middle. Today I saw honeybees. Several days ago, in a different one, I noticed that they smelled good and then observed that there were a whole bunch of the great big solitary bees. Evidently the good stuff wasn't too easy to get to going through the normal way -- instead, they were going to the outside of the flowers and biting holes in them.
