Oct. 15th, 2005 05:05 pmI am stuffed. Also, I want a nap. I probably shouldn't take one, since I'm already checked out of my hotel room and hanging out in the lobby for another hour before the poster session and dinner. After dinner I think we are caffeinating the driver (who fortunately is not me) and going home.
The hotel has plaques near the elevators stating that their employee motto is "We can do 4 U."
I probably should not ask them whether they can learn to spell 4 me. I seriously doubt it is actually the fault of any of the employees I have access to.
I've gotten some writing done on the trip, though I'm not sure how interesting it is to most of the people reading this. Mostly Neopets. I finished an NT article I'd been meaning to work on, reworked another one in an effort not to get it rejected again for lack of originality, and wrote one from scratch that I'd been toying with. It's about the current plot, so it will probably be out of date before it has any chance of getting in. I also finished my round of edits on a chaptered story written in collaboration with somebody I met on NTWF. It was great fun.
